ICSI has its roots in the history of its key personnel. After entering the parking industry in 1984, the company founder, Elliott Nemerson, soon recognized an ever-growing need for a comprehensive, efficient, effective, and price friendly parking access and revenue control system designed specifically to satisfy the needs of this important parking industry market segment.

ICSI has never deviated from its focus market, parking. We do not do proprietary security systems, closed circuit video systems, residential swing and slide gate systems, alarm systems, or anything else but parking systems! By concentrating our efforts within this single industry market segment, ICSI has proven itself over the years to be the most professional and comprehensive parking equipment and systems manufacturing and distribution firm in this marketplace.

With over 20 years experience exclusively in the parking market, we have had the opportunity to research, review and evaluate virtually all of the current (and past) manufacturer's products, and selected what we believe to be a well rounded and comprehensive product line that will meet virtually any parking application need.
