Elliott Nemerson

Elliott Nemerson The firm is headed up by Elliott Nemerson, who began his career in the parking industry in September 1984 as the Western Regional Manager with Federal APD, then the nation's largest manufacturer of parking products and equipment. Prior to leaving Federal APD ten years later, he was responsible for all sales and administrative duties within the 14 western states and 6 western Canadian provinces. He formed icsi to answer a need he observed in the parking industry for truly top-notch system integration software, marrying up of the best parking control equipment and systems, at the best possible value to the client. Steve Lupton

Steve Lupton The actual software development, and writing of the software code, has been accomplished by Steve Lupton. Steve received an undergraduate degree from UCLA where he attended school under a full ROTC. scholarship. Upon graduation from UCLA, Steve was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy and became a fighter pilot. Upon his retirement after 20 years service in the Navy, Steve began his second career as a software designer/engineer. He earned his MBA. degree from the University of La Verne. Steve designed the icsi system software utilizing the latest versions of Microsoft's Visual Basic to run in a Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP environment.

Randy Nemerson

Randy Nemerson The icsi firm is not like family, it is family! The general sales administrative duties, and specifically international sales (primarily within Northern Mexico), fall to Randy Nemerson. A graduate of California Polytechnic (Cal-Poly) University in San Luis Obispo, CA with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration, Randy has been instrumental in the recent advances made by icsi. He is continuing his formal education, and currently is pursuing his MBA degree while working with icsi. Randy may be reached at: randy@icsiparc.com.

Evan Nemerson

Evan Nemerson The IT services duties fall to Evan Nemerson, an accomplished software engineer and Computer Sciences major at a local San Diego University. Recently published (June 2004) in a computer software engineering trade magazine, PHP Architect, his article Cyber PHP - Neural Networks with FANN and PHP, as well as his extensive work with the Open Source Software community have earned Evan worldwide attention, resulting in ongoing relationships with developers all across the world. Evan began his own IT firm, The Coeus Group, while still in high school. The "commercial" side of Coeus Group concentrated on the development of professional commercial websites (including this one), and even today continues to prosper and grow in this capacity. Evan is responsible at icsi for all things computer and software related, including testing and evaluating all new products and software application systems.
